By accessing or using sky1.ai (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by Aerial Kinetics Private Limited("Sky1", "we", "us"), a company registered in India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written authorisation. Coordinated disclosure is welcome — see
/.well-known/security.txt. - Bulk-scrape, mirror, or otherwise download substantial portions of the Site without our written consent.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.
- Attempt to gain access to non-public areas, systems, or accounts.
- Use the Site or its content to train machine-learning models without our written consent. See

3. Intellectual property
"Sky1", "SkyBlitz", "FleetOS", "Axion", "Axion Lite", "Axion Pro", "Axion X", and all related logos, product names, and visual identity elements are trademarks or trade names of Aerial Kinetics Private Limited. All Site content (text, graphics, code, images, video) is owned by Sky1 or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may share links to public pages on the Site freely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
4. Enquiries and contact forms
When you submit an enquiry through the Site, you authorise us to contact you using the details you've provided in order to respond. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or commercial commitment. Any commercial relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement (or other documented mutual acceptance such as a confirmed purchase order).
5. Drone operations
Information on the Site about drone capabilities, products, and shows is for general reference. Actual drone deployment is subject to applicable airspace regulations (including the Indian Drone Rules, 2021 as amended, DGCA airspace zoning, and any local permissions) and to a written engagement between Sky1 and the customer covering scope, safety plan, and pricing. Nothing on the Site constitutes a commitment to perform a specific show or service in a specific location.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sky1 (including Aerial Kinetics Private Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any content on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to ₹10,000.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We don't control those, and we're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
